  The lady that rents Suite B-215 is very unpleasant to deal with. She sells "Custom Obagi Facials" on groupon. When I called to redeem 2 weeks before expiration date she shamed me for only paying $37 and gave only 1 day (on day of expiration) that I could come in. That was not convenient to me. Then she began lecturing me about how much it costs to really do these facials. I don't need this. I also reported her to groupon. This is no way to run a business. Not having her name/business listed here also speaks volumes...
