  Worst experience in my life coming into a professional office like this. The front desk staff and doctors were fine, but the billing manager... SHEEESH I'VE NEVER! So long story short: There was a long heated argument over the phone about how she (billing manager) was giving me false information into doing something later that was indeed not by protocol and illegal. She kept saying that I was misunderstanding her because of her broken English. Which is not true because both me and the front desk worker heard her say these things word for word. Clearly making my point, the billing manager is disagreeing and still being really stubborn. After rudely hanging up on me she finally came to her senses, called me back and understood what she was dealing with. Then we both settled on a resolution and that was that. Look, In all honesty I understand this lady was just trying to help me in anyway, but if I get denied with (illegal) information given by her then you bet your ass I'm going to fight this!
