  I own manage several stores in different malls, this one looks very nice, but isn't working right. I have had 3 orders wrong in a row. I haven't once walked away satisfied.

  About as poor service as I've experienced! No wait to order, two orders were being fixed while I asked for a Americano (two shots of espresso topped with hot water) . I watched six new orders taken and three of them served! Asked after second one if they had mine. Was told "yours is there." Then watch them start the fourth while listening to them gripe about the cashier who left after taking my order! I told servers politely they were by far the worst Starbucks or any shop I'd seen! Very little concern on their part!! I didn't want to disturb others around me so I just left. Management has a problem there!!
