  Julia is amazing! She is very thorough and extremely knowledgable about selling/buying homes. Julia helped us sell our previous home in less than 2 weeks and now we are working with her and under contract on our new home! What we liked off the bat was that she wanted to take the time to get to know us and what our needs were in a realtor before anything else. We told her we liked a lot of hand holding, and more info was better than not enough! Done! Julia has it all together and is extremely organized. She has always been in touch with us every step of the way, explaining the process, and reminding us about the timeline to keep the ball rolling. She seems always available when it matters, and if in a meeting she would text when she would call us back. She has never left us hanging once.
  We are so comfortable with Julia! We meet somewhere to discuss our needs and it is really enjoyable! She is personable and doesn’t act too business-like, but at the end of the day knows exactly what to say/do/write down to get the job done. She was always honest about what buyers would want to see in our home and made great suggestions for what minor repairs were most important to get our house sold! We did what she said and made money at the table, even when she pointed out it would be tough. Julia even told me to stop improving when she felt I would no longer get my money’s worth because she hated the idea of us losing money! Seriously, we always felt taken care of.
  At times I would find a house, tell her about it, and she would check to make sure it had all our original criteria. When it did she had a phone call in to the agent immediately, but when it didn’t she would find it, point it out, explain why it wasn’t meeting major criteria from our list, and urge us to keep looking! She was always right. So much time saved not looking at the wrong homes! It is so nice to have someone really interested in our happiness down the line!
  When it comes to being tough we have found Julia is adept at being kind and respectful, but also very direct dealing with other agents, lenders, and even contractors. She gets what she wants!
  Her motto from the beginning was she wanted us to feel like we were her only clients! I am amazed every day (we have been in her care for 7-8 months straight), and not for a minute have I felt like we had to share her with any other clients! Most people will attest I have high expectations so it is rare when I don’t find fault in some aspect of service. My husband and I have been so pleased we will be sad not to have a reason to have Julia in our lives when we are in our new home!! You will be in great hands!
