  I called to place a lunch order and wanted to pay with my card. The guy taking the order started repeating my card number as I said it. I asked if he could not repeat my number just for privacy reasons. He got upset & said I have to repeat the number. Then he said he doesn't want to take my order. Horrible customer service and unprofessional.
