  Of all of the places I've tried this gym motivates me the most. The instructors know the workouts and will work with you for any modifications based on your own capabilities. I've burned more calories in 60 minutes participating in these classes than I have doing anything else. The energy and atmosphere of every class is addicting. Can't wait for the next class!
