  The Cove is an amazing box with a strong sense of community. I've been going here for about 6 months now and the two co-owners, husband and wife, welcomed my wife and I (as they do all their athletes) with a very genuine enthusiasm. I've never been to a gym quite like this one. No wonder they were awarded Best Crossfit in Howard county; they deserve the recognition. Great coaching, diverse programming, and high quality equipment.
