  This branch at the Columbia Mall needs to improve customer service big time!! First visit was over a year ago. I came 20 minutes before closing on a Saturday afternoon. The guy in a suit said they are closing soon and his staff would have to stay longer to assist me. I told him I only needed to update my account name. He said they really cannot assist me anymore. Second visit was about a month ago, two tellers won't accept my deposits and I understood their reason. But they sounded abrupt and cold. I also own a business and do my best not to treat our clients like this. I guess I'll just keep avoiding going to this branch.
