  Thanks for absolutely nothing, you could have at least looked at my poor pet on your last week of being open. Thanks for putting me on hold to hang up on me after I was so patient to wait for 10 min while you avoid talking to me 3x. This place was so unprofessional, charged so much for practically no treatment at all. I get that it was your last week but don't be such a jerk to the cat, she really needed help and you just didn't even try to help.
